Hey everybody, ok well i have a long story, I was perfect my whole life, Im 14 right now, never diagnosed with asthma before this, never had any allergies but ever since i got a dog when we moved to our new house ive had plenty of sneezing. then we went on vacation and still had sneezing, it got so bad that i started weezing and had trouble breathing at times. I noticed some wierd feeling going on my chest but never really announced it. I had trouble going from class to class in my school. When i got up and walked somewhere i felt like i was going to pass out. Like if i were to walk down the stairs at school, i felt wierd, not so much as out of breath but like i was just going to pass out.

Well i was treated for my asthma and weezing eventually went away. Last year i was perfectly fine (year after Problems) and this year things started to happen again. Ok well this first started, first thing i remember, is one night i just couldnt breathe, out of nowhere, so i was frantically walking around the house breathing in cold air from outside, i was so scared, and next day i was fine and forgot about it. Well now this year it started again. I woke up one day, took a shower and felt that wierd thing in my chest. Well it just happened over and over again and at night it was worse. So i put my hand on my chest and when i felt that wierd thing, my heart skipped a beat. It kept happenening after that day. I would feel lightheaded everyday.Well lets go to today. Well im not eating like i used to and still am feeling these wierd things. And well id believe its anxiety if these other things werent happening. Well when im sitting down for a while and then get up and sit back down, i would feel a wierd pressure in my neck and feel like im going to pass out, and my heart just beats fast. Some times i just want to cry because i have no idea why this is happening. I went to the hospital a couple weeks ago and they said everything was fine, did an EKG and blood tests, but i feel like thats not enough. Everyday i feel lightheaded and i cant take it. Somebody please help. If anybody else is expiering what i am please talk to me. Thanks

welcome :)
lightheadedness can be caused by anxiety, squeeze your keys in hand and concentrate on the pain and see if this stops it for a while

postural hypotension can cause problems when standing up at first

do try to ignore your heart, it needs no help or monitoring from you
for breathing problems I would suspect asthma, although severe muscle tension can make breathing seem difficult

you need to learn new ways of calming and relaxing yourself, gentle exercise and long walks are very relaxing
have you been given any meds?
