Hi , I just checked my bp and it is 157/93 My blood sugar is 350, pulse is 106. and I am hoping this discomfort is heart burn and not a heart attack. Even my shoulders ache. I noticed when I lean back it helps it a bit. any ideas?

Get to the doctor quickly over that blood sugar, if nothing else. Those numbers, considered together, suggest that you need some help quickly.

My blood sugar isn't normaly this high. a day ago I had insulin reactions all day, and today its to high. I have been a diabetic for 41 years. Nothing surprises me anymore. I just feel horrible right now. Guess I better call . ugh
