Hi,

I have a really embarrasing problem. I cannot stop parping all of the time. It's so embarrasing, at work and at home with my girlfriend. She thinks it's just be not bothering to hold it in.

Any suggestions, or advice? My diet is pretty good, but I have a job interview next week and I certainly won't get it if i dont stop this parping!

I never heard of parping but most burping is caused by swallowing air and later expelling it out.

Using Gas X usually helps and a Homeopathic remedy that is very good used is Carbo Veg, taken as needed.
