I have been having pain in my left side for a year or two , I have a ultrasound and a cat scan that showed a little gall stone , sometime it will be in my rigth side at the same time, and it will go up in my low back and it is so bad when it do that, and for about two or three days after I have it my left side will feel like bad just to put my hand on my side, can anyone tell me is that the way gallstone will do you?

Gallstone pain is usually higher up like by your rib cage---not lower down.
Lower pain that you describe is usually caused by trapped gas in the colon areas both sigmoid on the left side and assending on the right side that sometimes radiates to the back.
