I guess porc contains much more amounts of bad fat than beef. Is it true?

Although pork has an awful reputation, my understanding is that they're both about the same, nutritionally speaking.
I have no first-hand experience with it, however, because i am a vegetarian.

Probably which one you eat is a personal preference. However, beef is graded, grade A etc. and pork is not. Beef can be graded because cattlemen know what the cow eats (or is fed). Pigs are scavengers & eat anything they can, & what they consume is not always the best, but garbage.
Which is why some beef is edible a bit undercooked as long as the temperature is high enough (although in my opinion nowadays it ought to be well done). All pork is to be very well done in order to eat.
So it is really up to the individual person. Good luck.

In my opinion I think they're both great sources of protein, but you have to be aware of the antibiotics and hormones that these animals are given so they can meet the demands of hungry America!(or elsewhere) I only eat Bison, or if I can find it, organic red meat. Organic pork is hard for me to find here in Upstate NY, so I only eat that once in a while. If you're looking for a lean meat, Bison is far leaner than any other beef. Then of course there's always chicken!

Good luck!

I would think that pork would be less healthy. Like has been said, pigs eat anything that's in there with them, including their own manure(not to sound too gross). It's called swine for a reason.

Cows aren't meant to eat meat. But somebody came up with a bright idea to feed cows by products from other animals, which were diseased, which eventually led to mad cow disease. It's now illegal in the US for some types of animals to be fed dead animal by products, but not others. Go figure.
