I started taking prozac a few weeks ago and about a week after taking it I lost my sex drive and ability to orgasm. Will it ever come back well I'm on the medication? Also, if I do decide to go off it, how long until my libido will come back? I don't want this to hurt my relationship.

its a common problem, if you and your partner can be patient and experiment with different techniques,, this often helps a lot
meds are promoted as add ons to cure sexual problems of antidepressants , such as wellbutrin, but IMO these give mostly just placebo effect benefits
