What's the deal with storing breast milk? How long will it last refridgerated, and can you re-warm already warmed milk to use again? (Probably not I imagine.)

Breast milk can be stored in the fridge for three days and in the freezer for 2-3 months and up to six months in a deep freezer. And its a big no no to reheat anything again. Once its been thawed too do not refreeze it.
congrats on your baby by the way, hopefully soon I will be on this board too.

if you put it in the back of the fridge rather than side door, it's ok for 5 days. And when you heat don't do it in a microwave as some parts of the milk may be too hot. Just run it under hot water or put it in a cup filled w/ hot water. Also when you mix it, don't shake the milk bottle up/down as it distroys important proteins, just gently swirl it in a circle. I hope this helps.
