I have Meniers disease (or atleast my ENT thinks so.),my vertigo attacks and involuntary eye rotations have ceased for about two months since I began taking Diuretics and sticking to low salt-diet. My Tinnitus in the right-ear however continues to irritate me at all hours of the day. I read that Lipoflavanoid has been shown in a study to effectivley combat Tinnitus and I want to ask my doctor about when I see him next. It's supposed to increase blood circulation in the inner ear.

Has anyone here tried this drug or know someone who has? I'd like to hear from a person rather than a "Study" that it can be effective before I get my hopes up.

EDIT: I can't link the website apparently? W I K I PEDIA.org, just type in Lipoflavanoid or Meniers Disease in the search button.

I am on month 5 using my Lipoflavinoids and have not seen a difference with my tinnitus. They say to use for up to 6 months to see if it will work.

I hate to say it...but I took the Lipoflavinoids for over a year and never had any results as far as I could tell. However each person is different so it couldn't hurt for your husband to give them a try....they are basically just concentrated vitamins so they would be good for him regardless! :)

I took them for over a year (The ones in the maroon box) Nothing really happened. It is healthy anyway. I also tried gingko biloba and vincoceptine by trunature (costco has it). That was a little helpful. I am trying coQ10 now to see if it helps.

Sounds like Lipoflavanoid does not help much if any.
