Hi,

My mother is 65 and she has diabetic since 2000, I want to know how many calories she needs daily in her diet?

Also I give her Omega 3, Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin B Complex daily so is that good?

Thanks for help,

Required caloric intake to maintain weight depends on how much exercise you are getting. It is something she needs to play with.
