I seem to feel a lot better on the weekends - probably because I don't have "work stress". I managed to go Xanax free on Saturday *whooo hooo* and went out & had a couple of beers and saw a band that night & had a great time.

Yesterday was decent until late afternoon - then had some anxiety start up & didn't have any Xanax becuz I was out walking the dog. Boy - I couldn't wait to get home - phew!!

It's monday & I'm doing okay... the mornings always seem to be better than late in the day.

How is everyone else doing???

its a good idea to carry a xanax tablet with you when out and disolve it under the tongue if needed
its not a good idea to deal with anxiety or panic by returning home, stay put and deal with it, then continue with your day, if at all possible

Thank you - I will definitely be sure to have a Xanax on me at all times from now on. I was thinking the exact same thing at the time.... I'll have to stash on in my pocked ;)

well my weekend pretty much sucked lol just stressful but thanks for asking and im glad yours went good for the most part.I need to get my rump back to my doctor and see if I can get some valium or something I used to take Klonopin which worked great for me

Glad your weekend went well and thanks for asking how everyone's went. That's so kind of you. Mine went OK. Better than most have been for me. I think I'm making progress.

I take xanax, also. Been on it for almost 20 years. I have them with me at all times, but try not to take them if I don't absolutely have to. The trick of putting xanax under your tongue is one I have had to do a couple of times, and I must say, for a little pill it's the nastiest one on earth. lol If your at hom and want them to work faster, take them with something hot. That has helped me, too.

I find your post to be positive and kind. It's good to talk about the good times once in a while. The don't come very often for some of us.

Hi Zoslizard and everyone My weekend was not as bad as I was thinking it would be, I lost my dear mum 6 weeks ago, And sunday was mother's Day. I took some flowers to my mums grave and sat in the car playing our song mama- mama by Boyz 11 Men we used to play it every mother's day, My mum had this played at her Funeral. I have 3 kid's one daughter age 22 at university and two boys age 15 and 4 and a Husband, I went to Clacton (sea side) went to a resterent for dinner I was not in pain. I have been in a lot of pain and still am this as been going on for 10 weeks now ! I have had pain in and around my stomach and feeling sick everyday, had gall bladder test no gall stones. I have always had Anxiety but its so high at the moment, anyway I hope you are all having a not so bad day today take care ......Mandy
