in the morning and sometimes during the day it feels like my head is moving back and forth...like its rocking. can that be from anxiety? anyone ever have that? its really scaring me

I get that feeling to, along with the lightheadeness, Its really scary. I KNOW!! Doc seems to think its anxiety. Hope you feel better soon,,,

could be from anxiety , insist on your ears being checked, obvious but often overlooked

thanks for the replies. i got my ears checked and most doctors don't htink its coming from my ears. one thinks it might. i was just wondering if anyone on here has felt that and if its there enough to bother their life

at times i do have that feeling...

I get that head rocking feeling too. I am also lightheaded for most of the day. I have been to tons of doctors and no one can figure it out. I do have anxiety, but I believe the anxiety is because of that, and not the other way around. I have been suffering with it for three years, and yes, it does bother me. Have you ever had whiplash, or any other type of neck injury? All of this started for me about three months after I was rear ended and suffered whiplash. I have two herniated discs in my neck. My new PCP that I just started seeing thinks it very well could be from something in my neck, but there is nothing I can do about it. I could be wrong, and it could all just be anxiety, but I'm not quite ready to believe that yet. I hope you feel better! :wave:
