I just wanted to drop an update on how I am doing. Well -- 2 Days ago was my 10 Month anniversary of having this thing and what a 10 month run it has been. For the most part I am doing so much better than I was. I wouldnt say I am completely better, but so so so so much better than I was just 3 months ago. I hope this phase lasts, as it has been here and there.. I think the last time I posted I was in a bad phase for about a week or so....

Either way I have been getting out more lately and feeling much better doing it... I can go into stores now with little or no problem at all (Depends on the day), and I have been playing alot with my new daughter...... She is amazing.

Take care everyone and feel better.

good to hear! have you been on any meds?

were you pregnant with this?

I'm concerned about having this off feeling/dizzy/lightheadedness and the want to start a family! not sure if i can handle all at once! but don't want to wait much longer...then i wonder what kind of a mother i'll be with this issue.

Tummy,
Please...tell me too...where you pregnant with this?! I like Manchak am at the crossroads of making the big decision and am absolutely full of fear. Manchak I posted this as part of a question on a thread titled: Everyone's Fears of Legit Concerns? on 12/28/05. Check out those responses if you are interested.

hi,

I am sorry I give you that impression, but if I could have kids, I guess I would :). Sad to say though, I am a male and lack the functioning organs to produce a living eing out of my belly.

Anyway, If it is any consolation, my wife was pregenant while I was going through this.

Ever since the third month, I have been taking xanax 1x a day. usually it was .25-.33mg daily.... It did helpsomewhat atleast to get rid of some of the major symptoms of the illnes such as the noise sensitivity and the throbbing and the headaches. I started tapering down the xanax about 2 months ago when I would take .075, then eventually .025 then almost nothing (psychological) i guess.. as even a small piece seemed to make me feel better. The last few days I have been going without.

I am also still on lexapro.... Have weened down to 10mg per day -- was on 15mg. I think that helped with the mood -- Not sure if it did anything to the labs.. .but it made me feel better even when I felt like dying.

Still going through the process though, and Even though I didnt carry a baby, She is still amazing. :)
