Hey everyone-

im a 20 year old male and have recently been having issues with my legs. im fairly active and in pretty good health. recently ive noticed that the inside of my thighs on both legs as well as my calves a little bit have felt somewhat tender. They dont hurt all the time, but usually if i press deep enough i get pain. i dont have any family history of blood clots or anything but im just concerned. I dont have any swelling, bruising or redness and im really just concerned. im especially thinking that since its in both of my legs that it would tend to not be an issue. does anyone have any thoughts on this? im really concerned, even though maybe i shouldnt be.

In my opinion, sometimes common muscle problem could be the caused of pain rather than any serious cause.
Try to give your legs resting for several days, and if the pain disappear, I think you don't have reason to be worried.
Thrombosis is a systemic condition, therefore the impact could be felt all around your body rather than localized on the legs.

thanks for the reply ryu-
i feel a little bit better today. the pain in my legs seems to go away slightly if i can just relax, which leads me to believe that its anxiety-related pain. i still have no noticeable swelling, or redness. just slight tenderness still on the inside of my thighs. im assuming if ive had this for a week and it hasnt really gotten worse, and kinda come and gone that it might not be a clot.

any other opinions?
