I use 15 mg a day, which takes care of my chronic insomnia. It's good, but the neck stiffness is a real problem. The doc briefly bumped me to 30 mg, but the pain became completely unacceptable.

Is there any counteragent or remedy for remeron-based neck stiffness?

I'm on 1/2 your dosage, and see a chiropractor regularly. About once a month I get a massage. All these seem to help.

Ask you doctor if you can step down from the 15mg to 1/2 a tab. If you still have problems sleeping, try taking melatonin (3mg).
