I started lexapro 10mg everyday at night before bed do to anxiety and stress. I feel sleepy but is normal I heard at first. It helps me sleep good at night with some weird dreams. But this morning I felt anxiety pretty bad walking around the table all the time couldn't set down for along peroid of time but at the same time sleepy I feel fine now but foggy and sleepy. I was scared. Has anyone had this happen when taking lex axnirty and what does are you taking for axniety. Thanks Justin

I started lexapro 10 mg a little over a month ago. It works great for my depression and anxiety. I also take xanax 1 mg 4 x's a day.

My only problem is the same as yours. I'M SLEEPY!! I'm going to give it another couple of weeks because it's working good in every other way. I don't feel like I'm in a fog or like the AD has made me different in some way.

I have tried cutting them in half and taking 5mgs in the morning and 5 in the afternoon. I think I'll try taking them at night, like you do. Sounds good to me.
