Ive been taking Inderal LA 60mg for hypertension, and I always take it in the morning before school at about 8am. Well for some reason, yesterday I forgot to take it, and in class at 330pm I realized this. I started feeling like I was having a panic attack, so I drove home real quick and took my dose at 4pm.
Well, today should I take it at 8am, or should I wait until 4? Or should I take it at noon, and then tomorrow take it at my normal time to get back on schedule?

this little incident was scary enough, Im going to buy a refill bottle of it to carry in my purse all the time :eek: Im usually so GOOD at remembering to take pills.

Probably the best idea is to take it at Noon today and 8 AM tomorrow. But the Earth wouldn't spin off it's axis if you went right to 8AM today.

Unfortunately, with carrying aroung a refill in your purse here's the inevitable scenario: You'll take the med at 8 AM but by mid afternoon doubt about whether you took it will creep into your mind and you won't know whether to take one or not.

Probably taking a double dose is worse than taking none at all.

yeah I thought about that - second guessing myself.
but the reason why I knew I missed my dose was because I physically felt it - racing heart, panicy feeling.. I thought "why the heck do I feel this way???" then I remembered i forgot to take it.
I guess I could get one of those granny-type pill holders that have the days of the week on them and keep my medicine solely in my purse.
