I've been taking zoloft for probably almost 2 years now (not too sure, but it's been a long time). I do well on it. My depression has almost completely lifted and I have a whole new outlook on life. However, I don't give the meds all the credit, but the zoloft does help. Anyway I've noticed that my memeory isn't as good as it used to be, especially my short term memory. I forget things all the time and I'm always writing myself little notes and posting them where I can see them just to remember something. I never used to have to do that. I'm only 18 so I'm young and it's way too early for my memory to start going. Has anyone else noticed this while taking zoloft or any other antidepressant? Zoloft has worked wonders for me but I don't want it to have long term affects on me. Also if I forget to take it for a day I get these really weird nervous twitches in my eyes and I feel very very disoriented and really strange. I'm worried that this drug is doing weird things to my brain :S, but it helps my depression tremendously. Anyone else experience this??
