Hi all,

I have a question that for me is confusing. I have heard of people getting headaches when their bp goes up. I'm just the opposite. I get headaches when my bp goes down into the normal range.

Since taking supplements my bp has been relativly stable except when I eat certain foods. I have had spikes in my bp and when they come back down into the normal range I get a slight headache on the left side of my head that seems to start near the back especially near my left ear. I then progresses to the left temple. Am I weird or what?
