Okay I started back on the Lexapro Monday and I have got the worst headache I have ever had. Even migraine med isn't helping. He also started me on Atrovent nose spray and it said headache was a side effect so I don't know which one it is. It seems like when I started it the first time I had a headache but man not this bad. Has anyone had this probelm with either the Lexapro or Atrovent? Thanks guys

Any time i use a nasal spray i get horrible migranes! Never been on lexapro but my guess is its because of the atrovent.

My husband has been on Lexapro for several months, he doesn't complain of headaches.

I have been on Lexapro twice and never gotten a headache from it either. It may just be the Atrovent.

Hi,
Sorry you are suffering from such horrible headaches. I didn't have a headache when I started lexapro. I hope you find out what's causing this, and that it can be stopped fast.
Good Luck and Take Care........Connie

• If you experience either of the following serious side effects, stop using Atrovent inhalation and seek emergency medical attention:
· an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives); or
· a racing heart rate.
• Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Continue to use Atrovent inhalation and talk to your doctor if you experience
· headache or dizziness;
· dry mouth, cough, or hoarseness;
· nausea, vomiting, or constipation; or
· blurred vision.
These are a list of the side affects of Atrovent
