Sponsor SOE 03-30-2006, 12:11 AM Cognitive Behavior Therapy It involves recognizing unhelpful patterns of thinking and reacting, then modifying or replacing these with more realistic or helpful ones. In other words, learning to replace negative and irrational thoughts with positive, helpful thoughts. I have personally found it to be quite helpful. |
