ANyone feel their reflux pain in their back and not their chest? It might just be a coincidence for me but that is what I have going on . I feel achy right in the middle of my upper back.

Yes I get this pain as well-a tightness/ache between my shoulder blades. My massage therapist told me it was referred pain from GERD.
