Bizarre, had quite a few 'not so bad' days and now i feel worse than ever, crying started again, just feel so awful.

Hi. This whole illness seems to have it's up's and down's. And sometimes we aren't sure of why.
When the darkness comes back on me I just try to except it and if I have to stay in bed I do. Just be gentle on yourself, if it has lifted before then it will again. Take Care debdough :wave:

Hopefully, you will have more and more good days and less bad days. Are you in therapy? Are you taking meds? If yes to either, you should see more and more improvement in how you feel.

Hey there, I have been on an increased dosage of Effexor XR for 2 weeks and I too am having up and down days. I think that it's our bodies adjusting to the medicine and balancing out the unbalanced. I took 37.5 for 1 week, .75mg for 3 weeks and now 150mg for the last 2 weeks.

It's hard because of the yo-yo effect until the dosage is adjusted to.

i used to get really up and downs too but now it feels like im always down, i feel like so crappy everyday now, it never ends
