I really don't know what to do. I have no reason to be sad but I am. It seems like more and more I want to cry. I have a boyfriend and a loving mother but I still cry myself to sleep at night. I go to church and I'm not good in school but for the most part I enjoy going. Please help. I don't know what to do. My mom says I have mood swings and I've noticed that I can go from laughing one second to crying the next. I'm 15 and I just really need someone to explain how I'm feeling to me. Thanks...

You might have a chemical imbalance but you are going to need a doctor to diagnosis you. It could also be the normal flucuations of being a teenager.

take care

We can be a lot of help to you after you're dx'd by a Dr. We can't give advise until you can tell us what a professional says you have.

We all help one another. We will gladly help you, also. We exhange ideas and read and respond to posts. It's a good feeling to know other's can understand the things you're going through and all the feelings you have.

Please get to a Dr. and post and let us know what he said. You will be surprised at all the replies you will get.

Good Luck............Connie

I know you're young, but are you taking birth control? Any medications at all? Depression/crying jags are sometimes side effects of medications. Check with your doctor if you are taking medications to make sure that you can rule them out.
good luck :)

Rowanthe, I agree. Her problems could be hormonal or drug related. I had terrible periods and PMS when I was young. We're all different and some of use are far more sensitive to these types of changes and to medications.
