Don't know if this is in the right place....
I stopped with nuvaring in January as I decided to have a child. I had been doing the 3 months continuous to avoid periods. Well in December, I had an irregular cycle in which my period came on one day and went off that same day. I took plenty of pregnancy tests, both home and doctor, and they were all negative.
However, I haven't had a period since. I had a workup with my doctor who suggested that I lose some weight and perhaps my period would return to a regular cycle. I had gained quite some weight over the last year.
How long do you wait before getting some help getting your cycle started? I mean that 10 day thing of pills...
