Is there like any thing a male can take to like lower the potent of his seamen?
Preferable something a docter can prescribe.

Not really. At least, I don't think any doctor would prescribe a drug that might lower sperm count as a side effect just for the purpose of lowering sperm count. And, even if a doctor would prescribe a drug for this purpose, lower sperm count doesn't mean infertile. All you need is one sperm to fertilize an egg.
