I got sick yesterday with some virus- had a fever of 101. I've been taking tons of tylenol to keep my fever down, but i'm still quite sick. I'm not throwing up or having diarrhea or anything though. This morning I'm having light BTB. I'm worried that it might get worse and never stop. I haven't had many problems on this pill (Zovia 1/35, aka. Demulen 1/35), but i've had some pretty horrific experiences on others (Estrostep-Fe, OrthoNovum 1/35) Can being sick and with a fever cause btb, what about taking tylenol? Or is this unrelated?

There is evidence that being ill can affect your cycle, so it's possible. Don't worry about the break-through-bleeding unless it happens during future cycles; it's normal for it to happen once in awhile without reason.
