I've known for a long time I've talked in my sllep but it wasn't until I moved in with my boyfriend that I realised I did it almost every night. Sometimes I'm talking or asking my boyfriend questions and sometimes I'm babbling away to myself and he can't understand me. Anyway, does anyone know how to stop it?
