Hi,i am new here.I have diabetic per. neutropathy only had diabetes for a year i am 52 yrs old.Neuttopathy for 4 mths.In this short length of time i have tried Lyrica,neurontin,amitriptyline an topamax.Nac. i started with darvocet then oxycodone an now Methadone,none of these stopped pain for more than 2 wks.i am on methadone 5mg an topamax 25mg these came from pain mamgt. dr.30 day suppily@2 A DAY.I had no pain 14 days then pain came back about every 4to 5 hrs so i took more,i really needed them.I read on this board where some of you signed contracts for pills counts, i did not.Dr did not give me any instructions ,i did read the one from drug store.What should i do now , call his office or wait until next appt.IF i wait i will have to go to emergency room for a shot or something.Need helpful advice, i am new to all of this.
