I am a recovering anorexic/bulimic and have high blood pressure. whats the deal. I always thought HBP was for overight middle aged men, but that not my case. Is it genetics? or what.

High BP can be caused by several other health conditions and life styles like drinking and smoking. And yes it's also genetics, I'm 23 and I have it since I was 17 and maybe before than that. My father has it and 2(out of 4) sisters also have high blood pressure. So can you tell us more about your high bp? like your readings and if you are already on medication or not?
