hi i always want to drink. and my grandma and her mum has a diabet. i worry about it... its a symptom of diabet or not?

hi there. Just drinking a lot of water in itself isnt necessarily a sign of diabetes. some common symptoms are constantly thirst ,frequent urination, excessive tiredness . Since diabetes runs in your family , you would be wise to visit your doctor and get tested . They can do a quick test in the office for you and if there is cause for concern your doctor will have you tested (by blood test) to see what your blood sugar has been like over the past three months. It is important to get checked now because if you are prediabetic ,that would be the easiest thing to control (usually by diet and exercize) . At the very least you can end your worry about it.

hi. thanks for answer. i got a blood test one year ago. it was good. i dont remember but my doctor said that results of my blood test is normal. and what do you think now should i go to my doctor? and if i dont have an another problems with health.

I don't know how old you are or the practices in your country, but a yearly check-up might be warranted.
