Well, one of the most disturbing things of this vestibular junk, for me at least, is how unpredictable it is.
With a cold you mostly know what to do, how long will it take to recover, your onset of symptoms, the works.
With this you just never know. I'm still having cold-sinus trouble, I've had two ugly days Monday and Thursday, keeping my activity and my VRT as regular as I can, and then Wednesday, out of the blue I was locked on to what I can felt like a 90-95%.
Not that I don't like this, since two days before I was crying out loud because of my illness. But I can't quite get it, I wanted to, because anything I could do to get this out from one day to the other, I'll repeat it forever.
The point is I got bad out of the blue, and I recover almost the same... Have you ever felt like this?
Hope I keep like this....
