For 4 weeks I've had this brainfog or feeling of disorientation. No other symptoms (i.e. no headaches, dizziness, hearing loss etc.). Doctors told me it was an inner ear virus. But I went to an ENT today and he said he's sure it's not inner ear related and that it could be some form a migrane.
The brainfog was at its worst at the start and seemed to very gradually get better, but then a week ago it got a little worse, but not as bad as when I first had the symptom. At first I couldn't work or drive, but now I'm working, driving, and living a normal life but I can't shake this brainfog sensation.
Anyone have any thoughts?
