Hey everyone! I was wondering if there is anyway to prevent getting cysts naturally? Like if I go to the doctor and find out that I have a little one...can I do anything to make sure it doesn't get worse

I am not sure, but I don't think so. Are yours functional, meaning they grow large and empty out with your monthly cycle? Those are the types I have. I think the most-often suggested remedy is removal of the ovaries (!) - not in my plan!

TADA, there is a way to reduce the chances of getting cysts. I have had several that ruptured. Being put on a birth control pill or taking the depo-provera shot will stop ovulation. Stopping ovulation=stopping cysts. If you want to get pregnant later, simply stop the pill. Cysts come and go and half the time women don't even know they have them. Don't have your ovaries removed. This causes early menopause and hormone imbalances.
