This makes me so angry http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/mad.gif - after delaying the announcment for over 3 weeks, I just got news that I didn't get a scholarship from my university. Of course, this news comes right when I am just starting to feel better after being on meds for about a month. Also, in the past few weeks I have turned down a couple full time job offers - grrrr!
Sorry for ranting, but it is things like this that make me feel frustrated. These things are totally out of my control, but my whole future depends on them. The scholarship was to go back to school to do research for one of my profs., but now that that is in the dumpster, I don't know what I'll do.
I'm 23 years old, have a university degree (BA), but have no idea what to do with it. My family is really supportive, but I can tell they are getting frustrated with my lack of direction (as am I!). http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/confused.gif
With depression, it is so hard to think that far down the road! Everyone is asking me "now what?" & I don't know what to tell them.....
