Not sure if such things exists but are you having problems swallowing or? If yes, do you have normal saliva flow?

i always hv near choking experience. i dun swallow tablets. always chew and bite them. my throat always feels dry.

This is probably your problem then. Saliva helps the swallowing process, not enough of it means problems with swallowing. Try squeezing a lemon in your mouth (just a few drops) or chew a chewing gum, as far as I know, this stimulates your salivary glands to produce more saliva. Then try swallowing something and see if it helped. If it did, you found your problem. Visit an ENT too (of course).

my mouth always feel dry after a while. even after drinking water. feels like i have bad breath too. n my whole mouth feels so uncomfortable. i hv to constantly put sweets, food into my mouth. why

dry mouth is a common cause of bad breath. go to an ENT an have a checkup
