:) I just got my letter yesterday - ALJ finds me disabled, with a fully favorable decision. I went to court 2 wks ago, my atty told me afterward I had it, but I was afraid to get excited until I actually saw the letter from the judge.
I filed in June 04, haven't been able to work since Jan 04, and they are going back to my first date off work.
I read this board regularly, don't post often, but I know how much it has helped me to see each time someone posts that they have been approved, so I thought I'd share this with all of you in the hopes it may brighten someones day, as many of you have brightened some really dark days for me. When I was at my lowest, this board and all of you gave me hope.
So, I am still praying for all of you who are still in process, and I hope this news will brighten someone's day.
Yipee!

Congratulations on your favorable descision. My hubby filed in December of 2004 and we are still waiting on a hearing date. It makes me happy to hear that someone is getting help from them. I can't wait till it is our turn. Hopefully the checks start coming soon.

Hang in there, your hubby a few months after me, so your hearing should be coming up soon. I'll keep praying for you in the meantime.
