I cannot sleep on my back. When I am awake or asleep if I lay on my back I get heart palpitations and I have to work hard to breath. It is almost like I'm having anxiety, but this also happens when I'm asleep. I'm wakened up most of the timeit happens.
I am not extrememly overweight, however I have large breasts. Sometimes I think the weight from my breats sitting on my chest is what is causing all of this. I had a sleep study done, but haven't got the results back yet.
I also wake up a lot to go to the bathroom as I have a full bladder 3-4x a night. I hardly ever get enough sleep and I end up so tired from getting up so much in the middle of the night.
Anyone have suggestions or advice?
