Hi All

It so good to hear all these recovery stories!! Makes me think maybe one day I will feel normal, but Im only in month 9 and it seems like an eternity until I will ever be better.A bad cold virus has really set me back and now Im back at work feeling the same as when I stopped working.Great!! I hope I can get back on track to recovery soon.I miss joining in on all the fun social stuff, the beers etc etc.

So judging by most recovery times I have about 18 months of dizziness to go.Great!! Im keeping positive and will just have to put up with it, however distressing it may be!!

I pray to get back to my 98%, it seems ages since I felt it!

hey....the majority of people recover way before 2 years and the fact that you reached 98% already just means you will be good soon.

im on month 7 almost and im feeling worse at the moment but i did start feeling better before and i am starting to get back to normal things. i even did a 4 hour show with my band with little problems.

i do take .5mgs of xanax at my lowest times and it helps to pull me out. sometimes i take 2 a day. they say that taking those at high doses can hinder recovery but .5mgs is such a low dose that they say its ok.

9 months is a long time and you've already been on the long road.....your going to see a light soon

i will too....my life will be deeply changed once this is over. its almost a lesson i needed to be taught.

there was a quote i heard....."your only handed what you can handle...i just wish i couldn't handle so much"

Yeah.

Maybe it's still a long road, but the point is how we're going to travel it, good that you're back at work rascal, it will help you to get your mind off this stuff, as the gig with the band surely helped C&R.

We have to keep on living no matter what, and I'm sure that when we least think about it, we'll get to that 100% state once again.

And it's also true that this was a lesson, at leas for me, I'll appreciate the double, every moment of health I'll get to experience from now on...

Best to all.
