Not sure what my question is here... Father has lung cancer, bone... stage IV
Refuses treatment as in chemo, radiation
Is taking procrit shots past few months for anemia...
Still taking procrit but added last week iron and blood transfusion to boost his system
Transfusion was has 'false' elevation but count is up well at least not down.
Procrit is being questioned on whether to continue use because of medicare
Iron has not had chance to act yet, needs a couple more weeks with continued procrit shots to see if system will maintain
How can I fight the discontinuace of procrit? or put off for a few more weeks
?
