as well all know..axniety can play a large role in getting better and for me....anxiety is a huge thing. i have a hard time keeping my mind on that fact that it was just an inner ear infection and im not dying or going to suffer a horrilbe illness for years and years. i need to work on getting my mind off of all that stuff and and going to try and stay off the computer and looking stuff up all the time. im slowly getting my life back and if anything....this has all been a learning process to teach me to relax and get my anxiety under control which i have needed to do now for much longer than this inner ear infection. thanks for everyones comments and support and i will definety be back to write when i get better and how im doing. thanks again

glad to hear that you are feeling better comeandrelax!
However, i am also sad to see you go as you are the person here that seem to mirror the symptoms of what I am going through (lightheaded, brian fog, no dizzy spells, etc) and i enjoyed following your posts.
take care and all the best! i hope you get better.
