I know that being active, and excercise both function as VRT, so they do help out for recovery, both with or without an established VRT program.
But I wonder if, by any kind of experience, studies, or such, is there any evidence of one excercise to give better results in vestibular rehabilitation?
Biking sounds quite complete, Tai Chi is mentioned in some pages, but how about tennis? or squash?, or soccer? specially for tunning up the VOR...
And I used to swim a lot, now I'm kind of worried about water entering my ear, and making things worse... but maybe this im overreacting. so How about swiming? Has anyone tried it after your vestibular problem?
Or do you have any specific recomendation about this and any other kind of sports activity
