hi, it's been a year since I found out I have HPV. I plan on joining the military within this year, so my question is, are you still eligible to enlist, even if you have HPV? A friend of a friend, is in my same situation, and there telling him yes, then others say no :-/
Thanks!
Thanks!

I don't even believe there's a test for men to test for HPV...I doubt that hpv would even cross the mind of the military...I mean even if you go to a clinic to test for STDs, they don't test for HPV and 7 in every 10 adults has hpv! Do you know anyone that's ever had a pap smear come back abnormal and have to have something like a LEEP don't...well they have HPV because it's what causes cervical cancer. It's very common and most people have it but have no earthly idea they do!

Yes I know all the facts about HPV.And yes they do test for HPV at clinics if you either request it, or your pap came back abnormal. And as for guys, if you visit the doctor with visible warts then they can determined it is infact HPV.I just want to know if your still eligible for the military with HPV.
