dont bet your bottom dollar on this but it just looks like your nasal cavity is full. i know all my mri's (i have alot of dizzyness too) have problems in the rear of the brain. it is the back of the brain that causes dizzyness i believe.
hope this makes you feel somewhat better. oh and i think it is pretty routine to have you back in to discuss your mri even if it is fine.
