Hi,
I recently went to Tijuana and purchased vitamin B injectable shots. I was told vitamin B gives you energy and is great for many other things. Is it better to inject then take orally? I was told if take orally you only get 5% of vitamins. Is there anything I should be concern about and how long does it take for vitamins to start working.
Thanks in adavance.

How much is absorb is determined upon each individual's intestinal factors .i.e microvilli..... however taking shots are not a solution do to B Vitamins are water soluble and only stay in the body a few days ..So are you going to take shots every 3rd day for the rest of your life?? ....Are there not people who thrive with energy and are in their 80's or 90's who take oral vitamins. Does Jack Lalane who at 92 years old and still works out 2 hours a day including 500 pushups a day better stop taking his oral Vitamins and start taking shots now.....its a money scam.....
