Defekt

I've always been fairly normal in the sense that if I get a cut or scratch, whether it be something small or somewhat bad, it'd stop bleeding fairly quickly and heal perfectly fine, no scar. But lately, I've noticed that the smallest scratches have been becoming scars. I got a scratch from my cat that didn't even bleed, and it scarred. This raised a flag for some concern, but I ignored it for the most part. It's been a month or two since then, but today, I got a very minor cut on my thumb that bled for at least half an hour. Whenever I moved the skin there in a non-extremely gentle way, it started bleeding again. The cut seemed to barely break my skin, it definitely looked like only a two second bleeder. That raises a second flag with me, so although I know it's quite a minor thing to be bringing here, I wanted to know if this could be a sign of something or just sudden body changes that don't mean anything?

Have you been taking aspirin lately? or eating alot of garlic (which is a natural blood thinner), some herbal supplements can thin your blood too. That's the only thing I can think of.

Nope, none of that. No real changes in diet or anything.
I've recently gotten a new job, and after a couple days' work, I now have 21 bruises on my legs. I take that as easily bruised too? Job's lifting boxes and such, but I see no reason for that to beat me up so much. It definitely isn't normal for me to have bruises at all.
I probably should just see a doctor if I'm worried, but I'm absolutely terrified of needles and would rather not deal with them if I don't have something that could cause more serious problems in the future.

See your doctor. If it concerns you enough to write about it here, it is important enough to check out with your doctor. I noticed you signed in as a female, and if so, then hormones will cause us ladies to bleed more rapidly at some times than other times. The doctor needs to know this if you are on birth control, or if this is a sudden change from normal.
