i have been getting a cracking (popping sound) in my chest when i stretch and i always feel like i have to crack my chest. does anyone know what this could be.also i just had an exercise test 2 wks ago and my card. got my heart rate to 190 with no pain and sd it was normal.i had the test due to mitral valve regurg, slightly enlarged heart and chest pain.
