Can anyone explain what is an angina and what is Gen-Nitro. they gave that to me at the hospital yesterday when the chest pains started. Last about 20 minute When they gave me the meds and was gone with in 15 minutes or more......Thanks for the help :)

Angina is a general term for heart related chest pain. Gen-Nitro is a medicine that dilates your arteries.
