I have sinus tachycardia along with PAC's and PVC's. I feel as though I have circulation problems, after a nights sleep I stand up and my feet hurt. They hurt for about 10 minutes until I get walking and the blood flow returns. How can I help this??

I had this when I was pregnant. I will try to remember the name and get back to you asap. As it was explained to me, it didnt sound like a circulation problem.

Something like faceitis or something...lemme look...

Here it is...it is called Plantar Fasciitis. I am not (nor can I) diagnose you. But it sounds VERY much like what I had. It would hurt when I woke up until I walked around for a bit. I had it during my pregnancy because I gained ALOT of weight (70 lbs). But there are several causes.

Kia...my "diagnosis" would be water retention in your feet.
I've had both and plantar fasciitis annoys all day whereas water retention gets squished out after walking for a few minutes.

Do you have any other signs of fluid retention like puffy ankles or wrists or hypertensiion?

I have the same kind of problem, but i think its just down to my tight leg muscles? when i get up on a morning then stand in bathroom or something it takes only about 20 secs for my feet to turn bluey/purple and huge poppy veins etc and itch like mad, have to like jog on the spot for a bit to get rid, but once its gone it seems to stay gone for the day.

I brought this up to my doctor and she just said wed keep an eye on it ugh
