Hi All,
I usually post on the back problems section, but when I found you guys, well what a relief to see I'm not alone here too.
I filed for SSD sept. 03, just had hearing feb. 10,06, still waiting for decision. I was told by the judge that I would hear in 30 - 45 days, well no matter how you count it thats long gone now. Too bad they can't count as well as we can, lol. I called the SS 800 number, they told me it takes 2 1/2 mo. if I dont hear anything by mid may to call back and they will investigate it.
In the hearing everything was in my favor, they had thier Dr. on the phone, a vocational expert(now there's a job) both who agreed that I was disabled since july 03. So if they all agree there then why so long of a wait? I am so stressed with this now more than ever. My hubby works 3 jobs so we can live, he will needing SSD soon at this rate. My SSD will be relieving him of one of those jobs, so he can do more than work and sleep.
Just had to vent a lil and hopsfully get some feedback that will helpme tolerate this mess.
