View Full Version : Sinus Pressure, Dizziness, Headache

I feel like I am going crazy here. I have this constant pressure in my forehead and have tried all kinds of OTC meds and nothing works. Of course the pressure gives me headaches and I am constantly taking Excedrin, Tylenol, etc. for that. I also have a bit of dizziness, more like a lightheadedness similar to having perhaps a few too many glasses of wine that will not go away. I don't experience a clogging of my nose and can actually breathe freely through my nostrils and thankfully I don't experience the sinus pain attributed to infected sinuses but just have that constant unrelenting pressure I mentioned earlier.

Unfortunately I am one of the lucky people without health insurance and feel like I have to just "deal with it" for now. Has anyone experienced these sorts of symptoms before and can you recommend any herbal remedies? I suppose I'll have to "bite the bullet" to see an ENT but that can be expensive without health insurance. Please help! Thanks in advance!!!

are you still having these problems. i started having problems last sunday, ears plugged, sinus pain, dizziness and nausea. it is now thursday and i am still sick. i am sure it is a virus, but it is no fun!

you can try elderberry capsules or syrup or large doses of vitamin C or collodial silver. they all work to kill viruses.
